Delivery & tracking

Every order is packed by hand and couriered to your door anywhere in South Africa by The Courier Guy.

What delivery costs

• Free standard delivery on orders over R1,500
• Standard delivery: R150, 3 to 5 working days
• Express delivery: R250, 1 to 2 working days to main centres

The delivery fee is shown in your cart and confirmed at checkout once you enter your address.

When your order ships

In-stock pieces are packed and handed to The Courier Guy within 1 to 2 working days. Personalised pieces take a few extra working days, because we send you a proof of the engraving to approve before we start.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your parcel is booked with The Courier Guy, we email you a shipping confirmation with your waybill number and a tracking link, so you can follow it all the way to your door. The Courier Guy usually sends SMS updates on the day of delivery too.

Delivery tips

• Use an address where someone can receive the parcel during the day, like your work address.
• Add your cellphone number at checkout so the driver can reach you.
• Double-check your street number, suburb and postal code before you pay.

Damaged or late parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within the times above, email us at capesteelandfire@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with the courier.

Returns

You can return unused pieces within 7 days of delivery. Engraved pieces can't be returned unless they're faulty, which is why we always send a proof first.
